Milwaukee opened its series with Tampa Bay by winning 3-2, banking runs in the early innings before handing the game to a relief unit that refused to crack. The Rays arrived off a 7-3 rout of Cleveland powered by Junior Caminero and Yandy Díaz home runs, yet never found a late answer.
